Christy’s Meatless Corner- Summertime Smoothie

Need a quick breakfast?… An easy on the go snack?… A boost after working out?

Try this delicious Summertime Smoothie!

Ingredients:
1 cup coconut water
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 banana
1 tbsp bee pollen
1 tbsp coconut oil
1/4 cup yogurt
Dash of cinnamon
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp protein
Honey (add to your liking)
1cup ice

Summertime Smoothie

Directions:
Add ingredients in blender and enjoy!!
